Saving Raspberry AI Assets to SharePoint and OneDrive
Raspberry AI integrates with Microsoft SharePoint and OneDrive, allowing teams to save AI-generated assets directly to their shared Microsoft drives without manual downloads or re-uploads.
File Sharing and Storage Platform

For teams that manage product assets centrally in SharePoint or OneDrive, this integration eliminates the friction of downloading files from Raspberry AI and manually moving them into the right folder. Assets are saved directly to your chosen destination, in their original quality and format, preserving your existing folder structure.
Export any Raspberry AI-generated asset directly to a Microsoft SharePoint or OneDrive shared drive.
Select your destination drive and folder at the point of export. Navigate into subfolders to save assets exactly where they belong within your existing structure.
Assets are saved in their original format and resolution — no compression or conversion applied during transfer.
Assets land in the folder you select without reorganizing or disrupting your existing drive hierarchy.
Compatible with both SharePoint shared drives and OneDrive shared drives for teams using either or both.

To get started, connect your Microsoft account in Raspberry AI's Integrations settings and select a destination drive or folder before exporting.
Go to Organization Settings → Integrations.
Find Microsoft and click Connect.
A Microsoft login window will open — sign in with your work or personal Microsoft account.
Grant the requested permissions and close the window.
You're connected — the button will show your account as active.
Note: Connecting is an admin action. Once an admin connects the organization's Microsoft account, all members of the org can use it to export.
To disconnect, return to the same settings page and click Disconnect.
You can export from two places:
From the Create Module, right-click any generated image → Export To → Microsoft
From the Library — select an image → Export → Microsoft
Once you click export:
A panel opens asking you to choose SharePoint or OneDrive.
If SharePoint: Select which site you want to export to, then optionally enter a folder path.
If OneDrive: A folder browser opens — navigate to the folder you want, then click Export.
The file is sent directly to your chosen destination.
A confirmation notification appears at the bottom after successful export.

Yes. You need an active Microsoft account with access to the shared drives you want to save assets to. If you don't have access to a shared SharePoint or OneDrive drive, contact your IT administrator.
Yes. Any Raspberry AI workspace member can export assets to Microsoft drives they have access to. Each user logs in with their own Microsoft credentials at the point of export.
Access depends on your Microsoft account permissions. Shared drives are the primary supported destination. For personal OneDrive access, confirm with your IT administrator that sharing permissions allow external app connections.
No. Only the assets you explicitly export are sent. Nothing is shared in the background.
All Raspberry AI export formats are supported — PNG, JPEG, TIFF, PSD, and Adobe SVG. Assets are saved in whichever format you select at export with no quality degradation.
Yes. If you need to revoke Raspberry AI's access to your Microsoft drives, go to your Microsoft account's connected apps settings and remove Raspberry AI from the list of authorised applications.
