Using Raspberry with Bynder
Raspberry AI integrates with Bynder to close the loop between AI design and approved brand assets. Export AI-generated concepts to Bynder for review and publishing, and import existing Bynder assets back into Raspberry for iteration, making Bynder the bridge between your generative workspace and your organization's single source of truth.
DAM Platform

Bynder is a Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform used by creative and marketing teams to organize, tag, store, and distribute brand assets. It acts as a single source of truth for approved images, brand files, and campaign assets. For teams that manage brand assets centrally in Bynder, this integration closes the gap between generating images in Raspberry AI and getting them into your approved asset library.
Export designs straight to your Bynder inbox for review and publishing, or pull existing Bynder assets into Raspberry to use as references or starting points — all without leaving your workflow.
Send any Raspberry AI-generated asset to Bynder in one click. Assets land in your Bynder inbox ready for your team to review and publish through the normal Bynder workflow.
Browse Bynder collections or search across your entire asset library to bring approved assets into Raspberry. Imported assets are added to a dedicated "Bynder Assets" folder in your library.
Exported assets land in your Bynder inbox rather than publishing directly, so every file passes through your team's existing review and approval process before it goes live.
Assets are transferred at their original quality and format — no compression or conversion applied.
Browse by collection or search all assets with keyword filtering and infinite scroll — built for large libraries.

To get started, connect Bynder in Raspberry AI's Integrations settings. Bynder uses OAuth via your organization's Bynder portal URL — you'll need that address before connecting.
Go to Organization Settings → Integrations.
Find Bynder and click Connect.
Enter your Bynder portal URL — this looks like yourcompany.bynder.com
Click Connect — a Bynder login popup opens.
Sign in with your Bynder account and approve the requested access.
Close the popup — you're connected.
Your Bynder portal URL is the domain your team uses to access Bynder. Ask your Bynder admin if you're unsure what it is.
Note: Connecting is an admin action. Once an admin connects the organization's Bynder account, all members of the org can use it to export and import.
To disconnect, return to Organization Settings and click Disconnect.
You can export from two places:
From the Create Module, right-click any generated image → Export To → Bynder
From the Library — select one or more images → Export → Bynder
Once you click export:
A form appears asking for an asset name — this is what the file will be called in Bynder.
The filename defaults to the original resource filename (you can edit it).
Click Export — the asset is uploaded to your Bynder inbox.
A confirmation appears once the upload is complete.
Assets land in the Bynder inbox, not published directly. Your Bynder admin will need to review and publish the asset through the normal Bynder workflow.
You can export from two places:
From the Create Module, right-click any generated image → Export To → Lucid
From the Library — select one or more images → Export → Lucid
Once you click export:
In the Library, click Import From → Bynder.
Choose how to find your assets:
Browse — navigate your collections and select assets within them
All Assets — search across your entire Bynder library using a keyword; supports infinite scroll for large collections
Select one or more assets — thumbnails are shown for image files.
Click Import — selected assets are downloaded and added to a "Bynder Assets" folder in your Raspberry library
Supported file types: JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP, SVG, TIFF, PDF, MP4, MOV. Assets are imported at their original quality.
Problem
What to try
Popup blocked
Allow popups for Raspberry AI in your browser settings, then try again.
“Portal URL required" error
Enter your Bynder portal URL before clicking Connect (e.g. company.bynder.com).
Connection fails
Double-check the portal URL — it should match exactly what you use to log into Bynder.
Export succeeds but asset isn’t visible
Check your Bynder inbox — assets land there first before being published.
Import shows no collections
Your Bynder account may not have access to any collections — check with your Bynder admin.
Search returns no results
Try a broader search term; Bynder search matches asset names and tags.
Import fails for some assets
Try importing them individually to identify which file has an issue.
Connection expires
Reconnect from Organization Settings — Bynder OAuth tokens can expire over time.
Yes. You need an active Bynder account with access to the folders you want to save assets to. If you don't have access to the shared folders, contact your IT administrator.
Exported assets go to your Bynder inbox. They are not published automatically — your Bynder admin or designated reviewer will need to approve and publish them through the standard Bynder workflow.
