Using Raspberry with Box
Raspberry AI connects directly to your Box account so generated designs reach the folders your team already works from. Browse your existing Box structure from inside Raspberry, choose a destination, and export in one click — the file lands alongside everything else, with no separate Raspberry bucket to manage.
Cloud Storage Enterprise file storage and collaboration platform

Box is an enterprise cloud storage platform many teams already use as their shared file system for tech packs, campaign folders, approved product shots, and cross-vendor deliverables. If your organization stores design work in Box, the integration lets you push images from Raspberry AI directly into any folder in your Box account — no download, no re-upload.
Think of it as a shortcut between Raspberry and your existing Box structure. Instead of exporting a design, opening Box, navigating to the right folder, and dragging the file in, you pick the destination folder from inside Raspberry and one click sends it over.
Export straight into the folders your team already uses. Files added by Raspberry appear alongside anything uploaded through Box's own interface — there is no separate Raspberry folder for people to learn about.
The export modal opens your Box folder tree at All Files and lets you drill into any folder the connected account can reach, so you can place a file precisely without switching tools.
The Export To menu appears in the Create Module, the Library, on Board nodes, and throughout the Editor — the generation footer, layer menu, Batch Apply, and Batch Recolor.
Images are sent at full quality.
\An admin connects the Box account once and every member of the organization can export to it. There is no per-user setup and no credentials for individual designers to manage.
Box OAuth tokens refresh automatically in the background, so the connection stays live without anyone reconnecting.
Because Box is often the handoff point to vendors, factories, and agencies, exporting there means partners find new assets in the folders they already check — no new tool, no new access request.

Box is a premium integration gated by Raspberry's connector-token system. Enabling it costs 1 connector token from your organization's quota.
Box uses OAuth 2.0 — you sign into Box in a popup window and grant Raspberry access. There are no API keys to copy.
Go to Organization Settings → Integrations
Find Box and click Connect
A Box login window opens — sign in with your Box account
Grant the requested permissions: read and write on your Box files
The popup closes automatically and the card flips to Connecte
Note: Connecting is an admin action. Once an admin connects the organization's Box account, all members of the org can export to it.
One account per organization. Every export goes through the Box user the admin signed in as, and lands in that user's view of All Files. Choose an appropriate service or team account if you do not want personal folders exposed as export destinations.
To disconnect, return to Organization Settings and click Disconnect. This removes Raspberry's stored token. To also revoke the OAuth grant on Box's side, go to your Box account settings → Apps.
You can export from anywhere the Export To menu appears:
From the Create Module — right-click any generated image → Export To → Box
From the Library — select an image → Export → Box
From the Board — right-click any image node → Export To → Box
From the Editor — use the generation footer, layer menu, Batch Apply, or Batch Recolor Export To menu → Box
Once you click export:
The Export to Box modal opens showing your Box folder tree, starting at All Files
Click any folder to drill in; use the back arrow to go up
Once you are in the folder you want, click Export
The image uploads and a confirmation tells you it landed
The file appears in Box with a filename derived from the source asset
Filenames are auto-derived. There is no filename field on the export modal — the name in Box comes from the source image. If Box already has a file with that exact name in the target folder, the upload can fail. Rename in Box or export to a different folder.
One image at a time. Batch and multi-select export to Box is not currently supported.

Folders are hierarchical, so you can drill in as deep as you need. Access is scoped to the connected Box account — you will only see folders that account can reach, not everything in your enterprise. Files added by Raspberry appear alongside files uploaded through Box's own interface, with no separate Raspberry bucket.
Box OAuth tokens refresh automatically in the background. You should not need to reconnect unless an admin revokes Raspberry's grant from Box's Apps settings, the Box account is deactivated, or you explicitly click Disconnect. If you see "Box authorization expired" errors, reconnect from Organization Settings.
Problem
What to try
Connect button is disabled or hidden
Your org may be over its connector-token quota, or the integration is gated for your account. Contact your Raspberry representative.
OAuth popup opens then closes with an error
Your Box enterprise may require admin allowlisting of external apps. Ask your Box admin to approve Raspberry, then retry.
"Integration not found" error
Disconnect and reconnect Box from Organization Settings.
Folder browser is empty at All Files
The connected Box account has no folders yet. Create one in Box first, then try again.
Cannot see a folder you know exists
The connected Box account may not have access to it. Grant that user access in Box, or reconnect using an account that does.
"Rate limit exceeded"
Box returned a 429. Wait a minute and retry; if it persists, contact your Raspberry representative.
Export completes but the file is not in Box
Refresh the Box folder — new uploads can take a few seconds to appear. Confirm you are looking at the folder you selected in the modal.
Two exports of the same image fail on the second
Box rejects duplicate filenames in the same folder. Delete the first upload, or export the second copy to a different folder.
I want to export multiple images at once
Batch export to Box is not supported yet — export them one at a time.
I want to pull files from Box into Raspberry
Import from Box is not currently supported. Download the file from Box first, then upload it to Raspberry.
"Box authorization expired"
Reconnect from Organization Settings.

Yes. The integration connects to your existing Box account. If you do not have an active Box plan, contact their sales team directly.
Yes. Once an admin connects the organization's Box account, all members of the org can export to it. There is no per-user setup.
Only the folders the connected Box account can access. If the admin signs in with a personal account, that account's personal folders appear as export destinations — so use a service or team account if that matters to you.
Not currently. One account per Raspberry organization.
No. Box is export only. Download the file from Box and upload it to Raspberry instead.
Not yet. Box exports are one image at a time.
Not today. The filename is derived from the source image automatically. If a file with the same name already exists in the target folder, the upload can fail — rename in Box or choose a different folder.
No. Box tokens refresh automatically in the background.
No. Only the images you explicitly export are sent. Nothing is shared in the background.
Yes. Credentials are encrypted at rest and are never exposed in the interface after initial setup.
Yes. Go to Organization Settings → Integrations, find Box, and click Disconnect. Your stored token is deleted immediately. To also revoke the grant on Box's side, do that from Box account settings → Apps.
